Deviant is a strong leader. Though small in stature, he is feared by most and admired by some. He is incredibly charismatic and has the ability to lead a large group of men.

He is well known for being cold and heartless. At one point he even sold drugs to his own mother. His has the unique ability to control his environment through intelligent – and violent – schemes.
